I had such a wonderful experience at Pilates Franschhoek! Alex and Michelle are absolutely fantastic—they are so kind and clearly passionate about what they do. Their expertise made the session both challenging and rewarding, and they create such a welcoming environment for everyone. If you are in the area and looking for a great workout with even better people, I cannot recommend them enough!

I was lucky enough to attend 3 drop in classes during my stay in Franschoek. The venue is breathtaking and the instructor/s outstanding. I struggled to walk after a few of the sessions… but let’s be honest how else would I work off all the fabulous food and wine. Brilliantly organised by Alex. I’m hoping to be back next year. I’d highly recommend.

I stayed in Franschhoek for 2 weeks and came upon Pilates Franschhoek from their great Instagram page. Over the course of 2 weeks, I took 3 classes. 2 mat classes and 1 private reformer class. All 3 teachers were awesome, the classes challenging and varied, and great/beautiful facilities. Thank you Alex, Mia and Ashley!

Such a beautiful Pilates studio in Franschhoek – bright, calm, and equipped with top-quality professional machines. I had a fantastic private session with Alex, who guided me perfectly throughout the class. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love the entire experience with this company. From the seamless booking system to the thorough communication from the owners, everything feels truly five-star. The modern reformer studio is beautifully designed, and the venues where the classes are held are simply stunning. What really sets it apart, though, are the coaches, Ashleigh and Mia. They are professional, experienced, and incredibly friendly — truly the heart of the experience. I would highly recommend Pilates Franschhoek to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking for a more advanced session.
