Our studio is managed using an online booking and payment system called Octiv.
Payment for classes or sessions must be made in advance, as this system requires that you have booking credits available in order to sign up for a selected package.

FAQ's
Packages automatically expire after 6 months.
If you need to cancel your booking, please cancel as soon as possible. Please make use of your instructor's cell number on Octiv should you need to late cancel.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of a class/session will be charged.
If you need to freeze your package, please contact us at info@franschhoekpilates.com.
FAQ's
Please wear comfortable activewear free of zips. We require non-slip socks to be worn in our reformer sessions and have them available to purchase in our studio.
Please arrive on time for classes/sessions and ensure that mobile phones are silenced.
